Yes! We offer shipping worldwide!
Question: How long does shipping take?
Due to extremely high demand, orders take 8-13 days on average to ship and arrive. Worldwide average below.
- 0-7 days: 27%
- 8-13 days: 60%
- 14-30 days: 13%

Question: Will I receive a tracking code?
Yes, tracking code will update in your confirmation email 1-3 days after placing your order.
Question: Can I return an item for a full refund?
Yes, Please inform us within 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING. We would be happy to provide a full refund or reship a brand new one if product is defective or incorrect.
Question: Can I exchange for a larger or smaller size?
Yes, we have two resizing options. We have a special option for first time buyers.

I received one of my package but not all of them.
Since our products are authentic, we have them imported from one of our warehouse locations in Japan, China, or United States. Your product may have been shipped in a different batch. This happens alot especially with one of our more popular products. Don't worry, everything you ordered will be sent to you or your money back <3
